Connect, plan, promote and advertise chapter events

The social committee is dedicated to connecting Bama graduates and fans to foster friendships, support local students at the Capstone, and help grow our local chapter.

Members assist in planning, promoting, and advertising chapter events; capturing moments; and making event attendees feel welcome and included in our organization.

Committee Member Roles

  • Plan, attend, and host events
  • Create creative solutions to get the word out to UA alumni and fans in Houston
  • Advertise for events via email, social media, and website
  • Help post on chapter’s social media accounts and engage followers
  • Host and help hosting our game day watch parties
