Event Planners

Bama Houston is seeking to grow a team of event planners. The chapter has several annual events, we envision 1-2 members plan one event. Event Planner responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate event details: location, date and time, food and drinks, etc
  • Find and secure an event location a minimum of three months before
  • Communicate event details with the Vice President and other officers
  • Work with Vice President and NAA office to create an event flyer
  • Coordinate with officers to ensure there is a team of officers to support you and the event day of
  • Event set up and clean up

  • Crawfish Boil
  • Aggie Bash
  • Tide on the Town Dinner Series
  • Summer Intern Programs
  • High School Recruitment event
  • Scholarship Fundraising Event
