Event Planners

On-going volunteer role

Bama Houston is seeking to grow a team of event planners to manage various events. We envision 1-2 members planning a single event and recruiting volunteers to assist. We also welcome input regarding local entertainment and speakers too. Event Planner responsibilities include:

  • Coordinate event details: location, date and time, food and drinks, etc
  • Find and secure an event location a minimum of three months before
  • Communicate event details with the Vice President and other officers
  • Work with Vice President and NAA office to create event graphics
  • Coordinate with officers to ensure there is a team of officers to support you and the event day of
  • Event set up and clean up

  • High School Recruitment Events
